Personal Information

Strange is an attorney with Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe and Dawson. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Midland County Bar Association. Strange also serves on the Hardin-Simmons University Development Board and the Midland-Odessa Symphony Board. A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, he received a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
