Dr. Gunn was appointed to the Board in December 2006, and currently serves at Chairman. Her term will expire February 25, 2012. Dr. Gunn received bachelor's and master's degrees from Midwestern State University and her Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of North Texas in Denton. She lives in Graford.
