Ivan Arturo Andarza of Austin is an attorney. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Austin and Hispanic Bar Associations. He also served on the board of the Cameron County Bar Association, and as president of the Kiwanis Club of Brownsville. He is a past volunteer at the Travis County Attorney's office and presently serves with the Volunteer Legal Service. Andarza received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Baylor University School of Law.
