Personal Information

Phil W. Worley of Hebbronville is the dean of community education at Laredo Community College, where he previously served as department chair of social and behavioral sciences, and a government instructor. He taught government and economics at Webb Consolidated and Jim Hogg County Independent School Districts. He is also a former president of the Lions Club. Worley received a bachelor's degree in education from Texas State University and a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Laredo State University.
