Castro is president and owner of E.C. Plumbing, Inc. and formerly served at J.C. Plumbing, Inc. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and the National Builders and El Paso Builders associations. Castro also volunteers as a member of the United Plumbers of Texas. He received an associate degree from El Paso Community College. Reappointed 9/2011
