Richard C. Holland of Plano is president and founder of Holland Advisors, a management consulting firm specializing in supply chain management and supplier diversity. He was formerly a senior manager at the Boston Consulting Group, and co-leader of the firm’s diversity practice. He also serves on the board of SharePlus Federal Bank. Holland received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in business administration from Colombia University. His term will expire Feb. 1, 2013.
