Tugman has also been a past board member of MHMR, Burkburnett Development Corporation, Chamber of Commerce, Red Coat Ambassadors, and is a current member and past President of Lions Club.

He is a current board member of Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club and Texas Society of CPA's. Tugman is also on the Texas State Bar Grievance Committee.
