Personal Information

Councilman Paulissen is a native Texan who grew up in La Porte, Texas. He met the love of his life, Ann Falco, while attending San Jacinto College. They married in 1979, and, in 1994, they moved from Webster to the Oaks of Clear Creek in League City. They have two sons Matt and Michael. Ann is a Certified Public Accountant and currently is the Controller for MEI Technologies, Inc.

Councilman Paulissen served as the president of the North Galveston County Chamber of Commerce in 1994. He is also a board member and current Vice-President of the Oaks of Clear Creek Homeowner’s Association.
Mr. Paulissen owns Homeowner’s Monthly, a publishing company specializing in HOA newsletters. He was involved in youth activities as a League City Youth Soccer Coach/Assistant Coach and an assistant coach for League City Little League for about 10 years.
Finally, in his spare time, Mr. Paulissen can be found teaching Jazzercise to the seniors in League City or driving his 1969 Ford Mustang on Friday nights in League City
