Personal Information

James D. Dannenbaum of Houston is chairman of Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation. He is an executive committee member of the Chancellor's Council of The University of Texas System and past member of the Texas Tax Reform Commission. Dannenbaum is former chairman of the Texas Cancer Council, and a member and past finance committee chair of The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Chaplaincy Fund Board. Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Consulting Engineers Council of Texas Inc., and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Dannenbaum received a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
