Personal Information

Franklin S. Spears Jr. of Austin is an attorney and partner with Arenson and Spears. He is a member of the St. Mary’s Law School Alumni Board and advisory board member of Ministry of Challenge. Additionally, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Austin, the State Bar of Texas and Austin Bar Association. Spears recently retired as a commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Judge Advocate General Corps after twenty-four years of service. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and law degree from St. Mary’s University. Reappointed 5/2013.
