Personal Information

Dr. Paul K. McCash Jr. of Texarkana is a retired dermatologist and a current member of the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra. He is past president of the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council, Texarkana Independent School District Board of Trustees, and Texas Association of School Boards. He is also a past member of the National School Board Association and Texarkana Library Board of Directors. McCash served in the U.S. Air Force, and received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
