Personal Information

Lawrence is owner and CEO of B Lawrence Consulting L.L.C., a dispute resolution firm, and former mayor of the City of Highland Village. He serves on the University of North Texas College of Engineering Advisory Board and is a past member of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Lawrence is a board member of the Medical Center of Lewisville and the Denco 911 District Board of Managers. Additionally, he is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Global Mediation Association and Rotary International. He is a retired colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. Lawrence received a bachelor’s degree from Tuskegee University, a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University and a law degree from Indiana University.
