Personal Information

Councilmember J.J. Isbell was born in Pasadena in 1964. Councilmember Isbell and his wife, Lori, have two children, Marissa and Brennen. A lifelong resident of Pasadena, he is the founder and President of Texas TransEastern, a petroleum transportation business based in Pasadena with offices located throughout Texas. Councilmember Isbell is the current President of the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo, a member of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Pasadena Rotary Club.

Included among Mr. Isbell’s priorities are strong enforcement of deed restrictions that preserve the integrity of our neighborhoods, continued support of our Police and Fire Departments and his intention to address the infrastructure needs in District H and throughout the City.
