KEVIN MAXWELL of Crockett, Texas (acting president, vice-president and member, executive committee) is president of S.C. Maxwell Co. He is director and past president of the Crockett Area Chamber of Commerce, president of Crockett Athletic Boosters and past president of the Crockett Merchants Little League. He is also a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo committee member, and member of the Texas Wildlife Association. Maxwell received a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. Reappointed 3-30-2009.
