Personal Information

Senac is a self employed healthcare consultant and past executive director of Brown & Associates Medical Laboratories. He is past Beach City mayor and councilman, and past chairman of the Beach City Fire Department. Additionally, he is a past member of Beach City EMS and Baytown Citizens Advisory Panel, and former board member of the Houston-Galveston Area Council and Baytown Symphony Orchestra. Senac received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.
