Personal Information

Carter is an attorney at Sayles Werbner. She is a member of the Richardson YMCA Board of Directors, African American Leadership Council and Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas. She is also a past member of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Carter received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s degree in public policy and law degree from Harvard University.
