Personal Information

Starlet Sattler moved with her family to Pflugerville in December 1992. She is a native Texan and has been married to her husband Gary for 25 years. They have raised two children, Brandon, 22, and Tarrah, 19. Starlet has participated in many volunteer positions throughout the community. She was on the board of the Brookhollow PTO and Piranha swim team when her children were younger.


Sattler has been on the Deutschen Pfest Committee since 1997, and has served as chairman since 2005. Prior to being elected to the City Council, Sattler was the chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission. She also participated in both Downtown Summits, the Wal-Mart Development Committee, the Residential Quality Standards Committee, the Stone Hill Town Center site review team, the Personnel Appeals Board and the Zoning Code Revision team. Starlet is currently a member of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and has attended City Council meetings on a regular basis for a number of years to stay current on the concerns and issues that affect the City of Pflugerville.

Sattler has worked as a realtor since 1996 and with Keller Williams Realty since 1997. She is currently part of The Pinnacle Group, a team within Keller Williams.

Sattler has witnessed many changes in Pflugerville, recognizes that these changes are inevitable and is willing to embrace them to help the City progress positively forward. Her goal is to help ensure that the future growth Pflugerville experiences will be healthy for all living in and around our City, and not to the detriment of its citizens.
