He is also a past board member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County Transportation Board, Montgomery County Hospital District Foundation Board, Montgomery County Library Board and Montgomery County Steering Company. Kleimann received a bachelor�s degree from Sam Houston State University.
