Personal Information

Lorraine O’Donnell of El Paso is a retired visiting associate professor at the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a member of the Women’s Executive Forum, past director of the Texas Association of School Boards and a graduate of Leadership El Paso. She is also a member and past president of the El Paso Day Care Center, past trustee of the El Paso Independent School District and member of Rotary International. O’Donnell received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a doctorate degree in education from New Mexico State University.
