Kathleen McKenzie Owen of Pipe Creek is a broker and owner of McKenzie-Owen Commercial Real Estate and Development. She is president of the Bandera County Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Realtor Land Institute. Owen received a bachelor’s degree from San Angelo State University and a master’s degree in education from Sul Ross University. She replaces Tom Gann of Lufkin.
