Personal Information

Hermosa is an attorney with the Hermosa Law Firm in Austin, representing clients in civil and criminal litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, and later graduated from St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio. Commissioner Hermosa also served as Deputy Division Chief of the Special Crimes Division in the Texaz Attorney General's office from 1998 until 2003.
