Johnny E. Lovejoy II of San Antonio is president and CEO of Lovejoy and Associates. He is chair of the Community First Health Plans Board of Directors, and a board member of the National Federation of Independent Business State Leadership Council and Bexar County D.A.R.E. He served in the U.S. Air Force. Lovejoy received a bachelor's degree, master's degree in counseling psychology, and doctorates in psychology and business administration from Robert Gordon University. Reappointed 9/2013
