Leslie “Kirk” Courson of Perryton is president of Courson Oil and Gas Inc. and the Natural Gas Anadarko Company, a rancher, and shareholder in Interstate Bank of Perryton. He is director of the Panhandle Producers Association, Ochiltree General Hospital District, and the Amarillo Chapter of Safari Club International. He is also a member of the Texas Independent Producers and Royalties Association, Ochiltree County Chamber of Commerce and Perryton Independent School District Facilities Committee. Courson received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
