Clarence E. Glover Jr. of Dallas is a leadership development coordinator in the Dallas Independent School District, and senior pastor of First African Freedom Church in Dallas and Bonwire Ghana. He is past president of the Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education and Texas and National associations of Multicultural Education, and a member of the National Association of Black School Educators and Southern Christian Leadership Conference. He is also the interviewer and consultant on “In Remembrance Martin,” the PBS Documentary on the first national Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Glover received a bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and a master’s degree in theological studies from Southern Methodist University.
