Personal Information

Karen R. Burke of Austin is a school counselor in the Austin Independent School District. She is a member of the Central Texas Counselors Association, Association for Play Therapy and the Sandtray Network. She is also a volunteer presenter for the Hill County Texas Association for Play Therapy, and Austin Child and Guidance Center. Burke received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University.
