Personal Information

Troy Riggs was appointed Police Chief of the Corpus Christi Police Department in October 2009. Prior to his appointment, Chief Riggs was the Assistant Chief of Police/Chief of Staff of the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Chief Riggs is a graduate of the University of Louisville where he earned a B.S. degree in political science. He also holds an EMBA from Sullivan University.
