Personal Information

Robert Cross of Houston is director of training for the Houston Area Plumbing Joint Apprenticeship Committee. He is president of the Apprentice Training Association of Texas and Texas Pipe Trades Education Foundation. He is also a member and past international president of the American Society of Sanitary Engineering, and a member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, National Fire Protection Association, International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters. Cross received a bachelor’s degree from the National Labor College and completed an apprenticeship for Building Trades Journeyman Plumber under the sponsorship of the Houston Area Plumbing Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
