Personal Information

William "Bill" Masterson of Guthrie is a rancher. He is a member of the National Cutting Horse Association, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, and American Quarter Horse Association. He is also past president of the American Shorthorn Association, a past board member of the King County Soil and Water Conservation District and Texas Tech University Range and Wildlife Board, and a past member of the King County Livestock Association. Masterson received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. Reappointed 4/2013.
