Personal Information

Eva Horton of San Angelo is retired from West Texas Rehabilitation Center of San Angelo, where she was director of donor relations. She is a member and past president of the Junior League of San Angelo, member and past chairman of the Fairmount Cemetery Board of Directors, and is on the vestry at Emmanuel Episcopal Church. She is a former member of the Fort Concho Museum Board of Directors and the San Angelo Schools Foundation Board and a former instructor and founding board member of the Sonrisas Therapeutic Riding program. Horton attended Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in history and English from Angelo State University.
