Personal Information

Oxer is managing director of McDaniell, Hunter and Prince Inc. He is a member of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Academy of Environmental Engineers, and National Society of Professional Engineers. He is also an external advisory board member of the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and past chair and past member of the University of Louisville J.B. Speed School of Engineering Industrial Board of Advisors. Oxer received a bachelor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
