Personal Information

Brian England of Forney is senior assistant city attorney for the City of Garland. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, College of the State Bar of Texas, and Dallas County Bar Association. He is also a volunteer with the Dallas Christian School and New River Church Ministries, and a past member of the Garland Police Association. England received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in religion from Abilene Christian University, and a law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
