Personal Information

Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Olson Bourland of Round Rock is a Justice on the Texas Third Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Williamson County Bar Association, and Austin Bar Association. She is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a founding fellow of the Austin Bar Association Foundation, founding fellow and past president of the Austin Young Lawyers Association Foundation, and a Paul Harris fellow of Rotary International. She is a past member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and Robert W. Calvert Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and a graduate of Leadership Austin. Bourland received a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
