Personal Information

Janet Gallagher of Pflugerville is the building official for the City of Leander. She is vice president of the Capital Area Building Officials Association, a voting member of the International Code Council, a member of the National Fire Protection Association, and past president of the Bluebonnet Chapter of the Southern Building Code Congress International. She is also a past board member of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Advisory Board and Heart of Texas Big Brothers Big Sisters, past troop leader of the Central Texas Council Girl Scouts of America PAWS Service Unit, and a past member of the Georgetown Lions Club. Gallagher received a bachelor's degree from St. Edward's University.
