Personal Information

Geoffrey Clarke of Boerne is a professor of radiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is president of the Southwest Chapter and a board representative of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American Board of Medical Physics, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Texas Radiological Society, and International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology, and a volunteer judge for the Alamo Regional and ExxonMobil Texas Science and Engineering fairs. Clarke is past board chairman of the American Board of Medical Physicists and former secretary/treasurer of the Commission for the Accreditation of Medical Physics Educational Programs. He received a bachelor's degree from North Texas State University, now the University of North Texas, a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a master's degree in medical physics and Doctor of Radiological Sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas.
