Personal Information

William "Davey" Edwards of Alvord is vice president of Edwards Surveying LLC. He is a member of the International Federation of Surveyors and Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, a member and past president of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, and a past member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors American Congress of Surveying and Mapping. He is also a member of the Texas A&M University (TAMU) at Corpus Christi Geospatial Surveying Engineering Advisory Committee, City of Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission, University of Texas (UT) at Dallas Geoscience Club, UT Dallas and TAMU Geographic Information Science student organizations, TAMU Association of Former Students, and TAMU Twelfth Man Foundation. Edwards received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in geospatial surveying engineering from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, and is currently pursuing a doctorate of geospatial information sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas.
