Personal Information

Wen Guerra has served on the City Council since he was elected to fill the unexpired term of the late Joe Scarpinato through a special election in May of 2002. Council member Guerra served on the City’s Planning Commission prior to his election to City Council. He also served on the City’s Home Rule Charter Commission. He was elected Mayor Pro Tem in 2005. He is a building contractor.
