Irene Alarcon Rios is a justice on the Texas Fourth District Court of Appeals. She was elected to this court in November 2016 for a term that began on January 1, 2017, and expires on December 31, 2022 and reelected in 2022.

Prior to that, Rios was a judge for the Bexar County Court at Law (No. 10) in Texas. She had to step down in 2013 in order to run for election to the Fourth District Court of Appeals in 2014.
