Charissa Dvorak is an attorney in Dallas at Spencer Fane, LLP with a practice in institutional responses to sexual misconduct. She conducts investigations, policy audits, and training for institutions such as colleges and universities, churches, mission boards, and youth-serving organizations faced with sexual misconduct issues. Before joining Spencer Fane, Ms. Dvorak was a prosecutor for over ten years and handled a variety of criminal cases with a primary focus in child sexual abuse, adult sexual assault, possession of child pornography, and family violence. She serves on the Board of Directors for GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment) and for Poiema Foundation. She has a JD from Baylor University School of Law and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.
