Josh Burgess lives in Tarrant County, Texas. Burgess served in the Air Force and reached the rank of Major. He earned a B.A. in communication from Biola University in 1994 and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1997. Burgess’s career experience includes working as an attorney at the U.S. Attorney Office in Fort Worth, Texas. He was appointed to serve on the bench of the 352nd District Court and won election in November 2020.
