Personal Information

Councilmember Muzyka was instrumental in developing the Southlake, Grapevine, and Colleyville divisions of Metroport Meals on Wheels and the Senior Center in Southlake and serves on the Executive Committee as Past President. She was on the founding committee and serves as a volunteer driver for Call-A-Ride of Southlake. Virginia has worked on the Holiday Home Tour Foundation of Southlake Newcomers' Club for the past 15 years to support local non-profit agencies. She has served as Program Director for GRACE.

Councilmember Muzyka is also active in the Southlake Historical Society, Joint Use Committee, Metroport Cities Partnership, Southlake Parks Development Corporation, TIRZ Board, Oil & Gas Task Force, Angel Society and the Community Services Policy & Ordinance Task Force. She was also active on the Log Cabin Committee and is a Graduate of the DPS Academy.
