Mr. J. Michael Lewis of Dallas was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott to the Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University System on Jan. 23, 2017. He currently serves as the chairman of the Carr Foundation Board of Trustees, is a member of the Finance and Administration Committee and the Investment Advisory Committee of the Texas Tech University Endowment, and has served as a board member of the Texas Tech Foundation. His term expires on Jan. 31, 2023.
