Megan Fahey of Fort Worth was as an associate attorney for Bracewell LLP and Jenner & Block, LLC before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office in 2005, where she has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions. In 2011, Fahey received EOUSA’s Director’s Award for Superior Performance as a Civil AUSA, naming her one of the nation’s top Civil AUSAs that year. She is a member of The Federalist Society and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Additionally, she is on the board of the United Methodist Women at First United Methodist Church, having recently served as the president, fundraiser chair, and membership chair, and has coached for the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association and YMCA Youth Basketball. Fahey received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
