Kenneth �Ken� Peters Ed.D. of Granbury is executive vice president and chief nuclear officer for Luminant. He is chair of the Utilities Service Alliance Board of Directors. Peters received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech University, and a Doctor of Education from Louisiana State University - Shreveport. Reappointed 11/7/25.
