Joe W. Arnold of Muldoon is Deputy Vice Chancellor & Executive External Relations Officer for Texas State Technical College, where he is responsible for identifying, establishing, and enhancing relationships with industry and trade associations throughout Texas. Mr. Arnold has been active in a number of industry organizations, including the Associated Chemical Industry of Texas, the Texas Chemical Council, and the Texas Association of Manufacturers. He attended Lamar University. Reappointed 1/11/2022.
