Personal Information

Council Member John Jeffery was elected to Bellaire City Council, Position 6, in 2003 and reelected in 2007. He is the council liaison to the City's Board of Adjustments, Facilities Committee and on the City Audit Finance Committee. He also volunteers in Bellaire Little League, Bellaire Parks and Recreation, sports programs, and serves in various other roles. John is Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DXP Enterprises, a distributor of industrial MRO and OEM products. He is a member of various professional organizations including the Power Transmission Distributors Association and the Wilden International Distributor Vision Team. John has two children Libby and Will. The Jeffery Family is a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
