Tammy McRae of The Woodlands is the tax assessor-collector for Montgomery County. She is a member and former president of the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association of Texas (TACA) and represents TACA as a director on the Texas Property Tax Education Coalition Board. Additionally, she was appointed in 2025 to serve on the Advisory Board for the Texas Justice Court Training Center for the Texas Justices of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas. Reappointed to the Texas Motor Vehicle Board 10/22/25.
